1. Application of the general conditions

The following general terms and conditions apply to all purchase agreements between buyer and seller that are created by means of the www.ecodi.nl website. Any agreement shall be subject to the version of the general terms and conditions which were published on the website at the time of the agreement (see art. 3).

Any changes proposed by the buyer shall not affect the general terms and conditions of sale unless expressly approved in writing by the seller.

 

2. Parties and Sales area

The online store www.ecodi.nl is exclusively intended for consumers and is therefore reserved for the retail trade. Complaints about the website or the delivery to the end user at home should be addressed to the seller. The products offered for sale by www.ecodi.nl are delivered to the buyer at the indicated address in a country listed in the list of countries published on the website and accessible from any page of the website. 3. Provisions of the Agreement

All information about products published on www.ecodi.nl, such as technical specifications, images, dimensions or entries about compatibility, is not binding and can be changed at any time, unless explicitly otherwise Explained. If the buyer is misled by the aforementioned instructions, it may cancel the purchase as indicated in the return conditions.

The agreement between the two parties is established and is effective at the time the buyer receives the order confirmation.

4. Purchase

The products from the catalogue can be purchased by selecting the desired product and then placing it in the shopping cart. If the buyer wants to continue ordering the products placed in the shopping cart after selecting the products, the buyer must fill in the following screen with the necessary information so that the agreement can be established. The buyer must fill in his personal data, an e-mail address and, if necessary, a second address for the delivery of the goods and also a telephone number on which he can be reached if any questions or problems arise.

 

If the buyer chooses to pay by credit card, the buyer will be forwarded to the Bank's website for the online payment service. Via A secure connection, the buyer can enter his credit card details here.

The Seller reserves the right to check the information that the buyer has entered for administrative purposes.

When paying by credit card, the cost of the purchase is depreciated after the agreement has been concluded.

 

5. Delivery

The availability of the product is indicated in the online store of www.ecodi.nl. The seller sends the accepted orders as quickly as possible and in order of entry. As a rule, delivery takes place for a direct deliverable within 1 to 5 working days after the order has been received and 10 to 15 working days to process products on order. The indicated delivery times are not binding unless this is indicated separately in another agreement. In any case, the seller will do everything to meet the indicated delivery times.

The seller cannot guarantee that the availability is always correct. In the case of unavailable products ordered, the buyer will be immediately informed that the goods are not delivered and the payment is refunded.

The buyer must check immediately upon receipt of the products whether the consignment is complete and correct if a deviation occurs, the seller must be informed in writing as soon as possible via the following e-mail address: info@ecodi.nl

 

6. Prices, taxes and transport costs

The price of the products is the price shown on the price list in the online store on the day on which the order is placed and before the order is shipped. ECODI is not tied to its offer if there are any printing, putting or programming errors regarding prices in its catalogues, mailing or on the website.

The prices quoted on the website are intended for deliveries to addresses within the Netherlands and are excluding 21% VAT. No shipping costs will be charged for shipping within the Netherlands. Shipping costs are charged within and outside the EU countries.

 

7. Payment

The orders placed on www.ecodi.nl can be paid with Ideal and PayPal. For a telephone order or order via email info@ecodi.nl, you will receive an invoice from us by email first. You can make euro payment in different ways. On the invoice you will find all the information that is required for a payment. Upon receipt of the payment, the product will be sent to you as soon as possible and insured. The product can be picked up by appointment.

 

8. Refund and return

Within 14 days after delivery of the order the buyer has the right to return the delivered products without giving reason and to dissolve the agreement. The purchase price will then be reimbursed within a period of 10 days after dissolution, provided that the following conditions are met.

The product must be returned undamaged, complete with an original report and in the original packaging.

The return form with your order must be filled in and enclosed.

Returning to one of our stores is free. When you return your order through the post, the cost is for the buyer. In this case we recommend that you send us a return, since we can only receive correct return returns in treatment.

8.1 When an item (partially) is damaged or defective

When the buyer finds an item that is damaged or defective on delivery, the consumer has the right to return the relevant items. The buyer must fill in the return form and indicate whether they want to receive the product again or wish to have a refund of the money.

The product must be shipped in the original packaging and complete return.

The return form that is found on the website must be filled in and enclosed.

8.2 When an incorrect item was delivered

When the consumer receives items that have not been ordered, you must first contact customer service (info@ecodi.nl) for verification. If the articles are not properly delivered, the consumer must return the items within 8 days after delivery.

The product must be returned undamaged, complete and in the original packaging.

The return form that is found on the website must be filled in and enclosed.

8.3 Transport Damage

When a package is delivered to the buyer, the delivery must be refused. When the buyer receives this delivery and the items appear damaged, the buyer no longer has the right to return the items.

 

9. Warranty

9.1 Legal warranty by the seller

The seller shall provide a valid warranty on the product if the required quality as described in the contract remains in default, as provided for in Directive 44/99/CE.

Any complaint must be lodged with a valid proof of purchase (purchase receipt, seller's VAT receipt or proof of payment).

9.2 Filing Complaints

The complaint must be lodged in time by the buyer, within 30 days from the day the defect has been detected. During this period the product should not be used.

The complaint must be submitted by e-mail to the seller, after which the seller immediately passes to the buyer the customer service details and the procedure for returning the goods.

Customer service can be managed directly by Www.ecodi.nl's own facilities rather than the seller's (but the seller remains responsible).

10. Privacy

By ordering, the buyer authorizes the seller to use the specified personal information for the settlement of the order and the seller will, if necessary, pass it on to companies that are affiliated with www.ecodi.nl or Companies that carry out part of the service provided by www.ecodi.nl. The buyer's personal data will never be provided to third parties without explicit permission.

If the buyer has signed up for the www.ecodi.nl newsletter, the seller will only use personal information for their own advertising purposes.

Users ' data are protected as well as possible against loss, falsification, discourse or improper use by third parties.

 

11. Changes

If a clause in these general terms of sale is invalid or becomes invalid at a later date, the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in force and the invalid clause is replaced by a clause which is as faithful as possible to the Original intention and economic purposes of the parties or by an appropriate legal arrangement.

The Seller reserves the right to change these general conditions of sale at any time.

12. Applicable law and competent court

All transactions via the online store www.ecodi.nl is governed by Dutch law. However, the buyer cannot be denied the rights arising from the laws of his own country.
