Refund and return policy

Within 14 days after delivery of the order the buyer has the right to return the delivered products without giving reason and to dissolve the agreement. The purchase price will then be reimbursed within a period of 10 days after dissolution, provided that the following conditions are met.

The product must be returned undamaged, complete with an original report and in the original packaging.

The return form with your order must be filled in and enclosed.

Returning to one of our stores is free. When you return your order through the post, the cost is for the buyer. In this case we recommend that you send us a return, since we can only receive correct return returns in treatment.

8.1 When an item (partially) is damaged or defective

When the buyer finds an item that is damaged or defective on delivery, the consumer has the right to return the relevant items. The buyer must fill in the return form and indicate whether they want to receive the product again or wish to have a refund of the money.

The product must be shipped in the original packaging and complete return.

The return form that is found on the website must be filled in and enclosed.

8.2 When an incorrect item was delivered

When the consumer receives items that have not been ordered, you must first contact customer service (info@ecodi.nl) for verification. If the articles are not properly delivered, the consumer must return the items within 8 days after delivery.

8.3 Transport Damage

When a package is delivered to the buyer, the delivery must be refused. When the buyer receives this delivery and the items appear damaged, the buyer no longer has the right to return the items.
